Villa Xanadu is an elegant colonial-style property boasting a privileged location. Built into the hillside, it overlooks St. Jean Bay and Pelican Beach, offering spectacular panoramic views of Eden Rock, the sea, the airport, and the surrounding islands.

The villa is composed of three independent pavilions and features four double bedrooms, ensuring both comfort and privacy for its guests.

At the entrance of the property, the first pavilion includes a TV lounge with a sofa and coffee table, ideal as a relaxation area or a playroom for children. An adjoining double bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

The second pavilion, opening onto the terrace and pool, hosts a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. A barbecue area with plancha enhances the outdoor living space, while a covered dining area comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.

The main pavilion offers a spacious living room opening onto the pool and terrace, along with two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the upper level, the master suite provides a more private retreat, featuring a king-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with double vanity, shower, and toilet.
