The property features 3 pavilions/bungalows and 4 double bedrooms.
In the first bungalow, a brand new well equipped and open kitchen with a view on the terrace and the pool, a BBQ area with a plancha. A dining table under the covered terrace can accommodate eight guests.
By the entrance of the villa, the second bungalow features a TV room with a sofa and a coffee table, it can be used as a playroom for children. Next to the TV room, a double bedroom which consists of a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
In the main pavilion, a living room with comfortable sofas, large glass windows that open to the pool and the view. Next to the living room two double bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
On an upper level, a Master bedroom with a King size bed, a large bathroom with twin vanity sinks, a shower and a toilet.
Xanadu features the internet connection with the wifi throughout and a parking space for 3-4 cars.
