Located in a private residence near one of Saint-François's most touristy routes, the Creole-style Calista villa offers direct and private access to 2 sandy beaches. This access is from the garden via a gate leading to a small path of about 70 meters.
With a living area of 130 m² on 2 levels, the villa has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people (6 adults and 2 children).
On the ground floor, you will find a TV lounge, a fully equipped open-plan American kitchen leading to a large dining table under the terrace.
As well as 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a shower room. Upstairs, a large mezzanine with two single beds for children and a TV area.
Outside, a magnificent landscaped garden, a saltwater pool, and a wooden pergola await you.
