Recently renovated throughout, the Voyage villa offers fabulous panoramic views of the ocean, the surrounding islands, the Colombier hills and Gustavia harbor.
Voyage is located in a private subdivision away from the road, guaranteeing peace and quiet, yet just 5 minutes from the nearest beaches, the airport and the shops of Gustavia or St-Jean.
On the upper floor, the open-plan kitchen opens onto a magnificent air-conditioned living room with giant TV screen and dining area. The large picture windows serve to further enhance the panoramic views. They open onto a vast covered terrace with a table for 12, an outdoor lounge and a relaxation area.
The master bedroom and the first guest bedroom, again on the upper floor, also benefit from the view and terrace. Like the other three bedrooms, they offer every possible convenience: multi-lighting headboard, smart TV, desk, large dressing room, bathroom with double washbasin, a shower and lavatory.
On the lower floor, a huge terrace faces the fluorescent mosaic swimming pool. Alongside the heated pool, deckchairs abound for relaxation and sunbathing while enjoying the panoramic view. Overlooking this terrace, two other rooms offer a choice of double or twin beds. Ideal for families with children.
Table soccer, table tennis, a hot tub and a corner lounge with fridge line the sheltered section of the terrace.
A fifth bedroom is to be found in a self-contained bungalow with kitchenette and terrace offering spectacular views. With direct access to the parking lot, the bungalow offers the privacy a couple of friends might need.

The parking lot can hold up to around ten cars.
