Built in 2021, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa will be ideal for vacations with family or friends. It is built on two levels with a view of the bay of St Jean from every room.
On the upper level is the living room/kitchen, which is bright and comfortable.
The kitchen is very well equipped and you will appreciate the large central island and the wine fridge.
The living room opens to the terrace, the pool and the view! You contemplate the superb bay of St Jean and the emblematic Hotel Eden Rock.
A nice outdoor table for 8 people is located under the covered part of the terrace. Ideal for "al fresco" dinners or grilling on your barbecue.
A nice infinity pool completes this outdoor space.
Behind the living room is the Master bedroom and its bathroom. Very spacious and air-conditioned, it has a flat screen TV, dressing room and safe.
From the living room, stairs lead to the lower level where you will find bedrooms 2 and 3.
Each of these rooms is air-conditioned has its own bathroom and a flat screen TV. Both of them have a small outside deck with a sea view.
