Located just a few steps from Lorient Beach, you will enjoy the large swimming pool, the superb style of the 18th-century manor, all in a secluded and idyllic setting. This luxury villa promises the best of Saint Barth.
Upon arrival, you will be struck by the vast garden and terrace surrounding the large swimming pool (20m x 8m). The whole property is surrounded by eight different structures that blend wonderfully into this tropical paradise.
The 18th-century French manor is the central point of it all and yes, it really is an 18th-century manor that came from Normandy. It was shipped piece by piece to St. Barth in the 1980s by the former owners of the property, then renovated in 2006 with a loft spirit. The final result is an almost open-air home that blends with the nature surrounding it, while offering all the modern amenities and features one would expect.
Each of the bedrooms features a unique design or a surprising choice of furnishings. The en-suite bathrooms are equipped with Boffi fixtures, rain showers and, in the case of two of them, bathtubs designed by Piero Lissoni. The chef’s kitchen includes all the latest appliances from SubZero, Gaggenau and Miele. Just outside the kitchen is a huge barbecue and outdoor seating that can accommodate up to 12 people.
Additional amenities and features include Wi-Fi, surround sound systems, combined with an open-house design and a relaxing aesthetic and carefully selected artwork, this vacation villa has been designed to appeal to the senses.
