Recently renovated villa, with a contemporary style on two levels, located in Gosier, a stone's throw from the beach of La Datcha or from the ilet Gosier, the villa BELLA receives eight persons in four double rooms, each with a private bathroom.
Around a large swimming pool, you will enjoy a terrace equipped with a pergola with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, wine cellar, barbecue and refrigerator).
Next to the swimming pool, you can enjoy two double bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with a desk; each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
On the upper level, you will enjoy a large open plan kitchen with a central island totally open to the terrace with views of the pool and the sea and two double bedrooms with private bathrooms.
A fresh water tank, ping pong table and bowling alley complete the high standard of the BELLA villa.
The villa also has an electric gate and two parking spaces, and an electric car socket is also available.

10 minutes by car from the town of Sainte-Anne, with its colourful markets, the magnificent Club-Med beach and the 5-star Toubana hotel.
